  1. Slowly peel back the transfer tape (clear or paper), removing the vinyl decals from the paper backing. You may need to rub over the decal with your finger or a credit card to get the vinyl to stick to the transfer tape.
  2. Carefully position the decal to the desired surface.
  3. Lay decal on surface and rub over vinyl with your finger.
  4. Carefully peel off transfer tape (clear or paper), leaving decal on surface.
